Bauerfeind's most popular knee support, GenuTrain is anatomically knitted for a precise fit and features an incorporated silicone insert. This comfortable, lightweight support relieves knee pain and swelling during sports or everyday activities.
GenuTrain Product Features:
- An incorporated silicone insert leaves the patella pressure free and provides intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
- Promotes proprioception, thus heightening sensory awareness in the knee for increased joint stabilization.
- Graduated at the edges prevents constriction of circulation.
- Innovative knit in the popliteal region prevents bunching or pinching.
- Three dimensional knit with covered patella avoids window edema, yet keeps pressure off the knee cap.

every hour of every day. Being on my feet all day, this product provides stabilization to my knee also being a volunteer firefighter this provides confidence to do my job when needed.

RN in recovery room.
I stand for hours on end without chance to sit. Pivot and twist all day. Move heavy equipment. transport people in wheelchair . This brace is easy to put on , is breathable, and has helped protect my kneecap during the long day in recovery room. Also a plus it does not bunch up behind my knee......it is all good!

The sizes for the GenuTrain Knee Brace are located at the bottom of the description for this page. There will be a chart letting you know how and what to measure to get the size that is right for you. For size 6, the circumference 4 3/4" below your knee is between 17-18 1/8" and the circumference 5 1/2" above your knee is between 20 7/8-22".
