Product concept and design is good, however, manufacturer's product description is not accurate. It states that the knee immobilizer fits legs with a thigh circumference "up to 28". However, there is no mention what is the minimum circumference. I am 5'4", 124 lb with an upper thigh measurement of 18". The upper support strap was too long to tighten the support to the leg. I called Ossur customer service to see if there was a shorter strap available. I was told that there was none and to try to find another immobilizer that would fit better. I cut the provided upper strap, removing 6" and resewed the velcro tip to the strap. The immobilizer now was able to be properly tightened to my leg. However, when walking, it would not stay in place and kept sliding down my leg. This immobilizer is completely useless for me and I had to continue using the immobilizer provided by the hospital, which is hot and uncomfortable. This immobilizer is not for everyone and people with smaller leg circumferences (i.e. less than 22") should not consider purchasing it

I am amazed by the people unable to google something. According to Ossur, it adjusts from 18" to 24" in length.
