The RCAIĀ® Knee Immobilizer is constructed of breathable, washable wicking material that "wicks" away moisture from the skin. The movable tri-panel design to accomodate multiple circumference sizes. The posterior aspect of the splint is uniquely tailored for a more custom anantomical fit.

Sizing: Measure mid-thigh circumference.

This unit waa better than the one given by the hospital. It is light but good support and best of all,aince my Femur fractured in mid summer, it wicked away moisture eliminating heat rashes and a lot of discomfort.
