May be used in conjunction with Thin Insoles. Order without top cover if used with Thin Insoles. Use to treat lower back fatigue, weakened arches and for support or cushioning of arch.

Fit in my shoes very well - support is exactly what I need. I am a large man and walk at least 3 miles each day. I have a high arch and these arch supports do the job.

Versital, great in high heels & sandals

Sturdy.
Easy Storage.

These silicone arch supports are self adheasive and washable! They can go from one pair of shoes to another. They are great in sandals and high heels to support the arch and spread weight away from the front of the foot. They also work well in hard shoes and sneakers.

perfect for over-pronation

This product does what it is intended to do. It keeps my ankles from leaning in. You simply align it with your natural arch.
My only complaint is that it states it will "stick" in place in your shoe, but it doesn't. It slides all over. So I started placing in inside my sock or elastic ankle bracelet, and that holds it in place.

excellent material better than advertized, I got medium and large sizes for different shoes. I use large in bike shoes, medium in running and hiking shoes. Best solution I've found to hold main arch and allow metatarsal arch to be positioned correctly.
