Phenotype-driven sizing system make size selection simple while drastically reducing margin of error in fitting a patient. Each collar has a bioengineered front with a specific back designed to work together for superior immobilization. Sorbatex™ pads were specifically engineered to be antidecubitus, protecting skin integrity during extended wear. I use this for my neck (have C3-C7 problems). It is comfortable at first but the back plate can impinge on the shoulder blades thus making the shoulders tire quicker. The paddings are comfortable but can be thicker for the chin area. The velcro that holds the pads could be better constructed for they wear out quickly. Overall a solid neck brace. A bit pricey but still not bad for the price here at Allegro (as compared to some other websites or local Hangers that charges up to [$] for this collar)
