It was heavier and hotter than I thought it would be, and it didn't stay in place with moderate exercise. The reversibility made it so that you have to twist the straps if you need it in half the positions.

This product has given me peace of mind so I can sleep again. I still move carefully while I am sleeping. The stablizer not only helps to keep the patella in place, it reminds me not to move quickly and twist my legs, which causes the patella to slip out. At least for now...I am able to sleep again.
