I obtained this for one of my patients who has been sitting in a chair that was too big and soft for her. Before she used it she often leaned to one side and rounded out through her back and shoulders, compromising her breathing and causing pain and discomfort. After putting the Obus Forme CustomAIR Backrest support on her chair she was able to sit up straight and was much more comfortable.
