Solves the problem

Pros:
excellent product. really relieves neck pain. great price.
Best Uses:
strained neck muscles. stress tension upper back.
Describe Yourself:
Sit for work too long. senior in good health. disc degeneration.

This is a fantastic product to relieve all kinds of neck tension issues - after speaking with an orthopedic doctor. My husband has been using it for many years to relieve work-related tension in his shoulders and always finds relief. Important:use the correct amount of water, as recommended by the physician, to avoid aggravating the problem, and use the product regularly.

Helpful neck traction

Pros:
feels good.
Cons:
unclear setup direction.
Best Uses:
neck therapy.
Describe Yourself:
senior in good health.

I used in a sitting position - instructions do not say whether to sit or stand.....I would not be comfortable standing but in sitting position, I almost fell asleep. Instructions should say.

What relief

Pros:
Relieves neck pain. Affordable. Easy to assemble.
Cons:
A little cumbersome.
Best Uses:
cervical relief.
Describe Yourself:
Average Health. Sit for work too long.

It would be beneficial if the head strap grooves in the metal suspender had clips over them to prevent the strap rings from popping off.

Overall Not Bad

Pros:
Easy set-up. Graduated Weight.
Cons:
Poor fitting chin strap. Uncomfortable chin strap. Uncomfortable.
Describe Yourself:
senior in good health. disc degeneration.

I use this product every other day to get relief from my neck issues, i.e. degenerative disc, end-plate sclerosis. Overall a good device, but the chin strap design needs to be rethought. It is hard to adjust and does not fit well.
