Best Uses:

I use this in conjunction with therapy for a sprained ankle. It is a lot better than wrap around elastic bandages. What is not great about it is trying to decide as to the proper size to buy. I lucked out in choosing

Best I've found so far

Pros:
Stabilizes. Effective. Comfortable. Easy To Use. Sturdy.
Cons:
Edges can flip or roll up. Shows stains and dirt.
Best Uses:
Exercising. Daily Use. Extra Support.
Describe Yourself:

I wear this support almost every day and am going to buy a few more so I can have some time off washing the one I have! It offers the best support I've had in a pull-on style brace, and really seems to help my ankle pain (repetitive stress injury). I also find it not too tight at all, it's just as tight as is necessary. I'm a 5'7, size 18-20 woman who wears a size 8.5 shoe and I use a Medium. My foot/ankle is pretty slim for my size, so I might recommend a Large if you're similar size and think your ankle/foot is bigger. I might even be on the border of the two sizes myself. The edges of the support occasionally flip up or roll down a bit, but usually just when it's about due for washing and a bit worn in. The foot edge does it the most. The support does require a lot of (hand) washing because it's white, and mine has gotten blue and black stains from shoes. It would be nice if they made a black one to hide stains. Apart from that, I pretty much love everything about it. Even with stains it looks nicer than the figure 8 type pull-on ankle support, lasts longer, and provides more support. Having your heel covered helps with that. It breathes well, doesn't take on odors very much, and certainly doesn't make your foot perspire and smell like some supports do. It goes into shoes fairly well, and would even better if they had a seamless edge. Going in shoes is when the flipping edge can be especially irksome. But this product is close enough to perfect to make me happy. To just slide this on instead of trickily winding a rolled bandage around my ankle every day is a fantastic relief!

Pros:
Lightweight. Sturdy.
Cons:
Too tight.
Best Uses:
Following Surgery. Emergency.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver.

I have not been able to use this product because it is much too tight and causes me great discomfort. Perhaps if it came in a larger size (like 2xl) it would be better.
