Comfortable, lightweight nylon neoprene provides warmth and compression. Wraparound configuration and strap tabs provide ease of application. Wide contact closure area allows greater fitting tolerance, particularly on the thigh. Durable polycentric hinges for medial/lateral support. Open popliteal area eliminates bunching during flexion. To size, measure circumference of knee fully extended. Other sizes available as a special order. Black.

I've used many products over the years to help stabilize my knee during hunting, fishing and hiking activities but none worked as well as the Reddi Brace. This is 'hands down' the most comfortable and easy to use brace available.

Answer:
I just walked over eastern Africa with this brace. I wore it inside and outside my pants. I had to do more adjusting when I wore it outside my slacks, but it worked well.

Yes, the brace is very adjustable, so it can be worn either inside or outside your pants, however, it is much easier to adjust the brace to be supportive and snug on the inside. When I am in St. George, Utah, in the summer at over 105 degrees, it is nice to have a sweat-absorption layer under the neoprene. Also, I find that I get jostled less by people walking through stores, if the brace is visible, and outside my pants.
