I used this product prior to my corrective surgery. It was very comfortable, and easy to adjust. Standing and sitting seemed to require periodic adjustments. Not very demanding.

I'm not sure what is causing pain but feel that a feminine truss (left) would be helpful. How do I measure for medium or large? I wear size 10 panty.
