Pros:
Sturdy. Right compression. Easty to use.
Best Uses:
Shin splint pain.
Describe Yourself:
Athletic. Cross Country runner.

Bought for my son who runs cross country who was experiencing shin spints. We ordered two of the small (he's a 7th grader on the small side) and they fit him perfectly. Just enough compression so the cold pack would be snug against his shins. He wears them everyday after practice for 30 minutes or so following dipping his shins in ice water (10 times for 10 seconds each). This treatment combination has really relieved the pain.

Great results, but difficult to use Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Lightweight. Easy Storage. Safe. Sturdy.
Cons:
Difficult to take off. difficult to put on.
Best Uses:
Shin splints.
Describe Yourself:
Athletic. Training for marathon.

I really like the product. It is very difficult to put on/ take off though. The sleeves are very tight, so pulling them over the heel of my foot is tough. The same applies with taking them off. That being said, I ordered two and use them after running to prevent/treat shin splints.

Shin Ice Did the Trick! Verified Purchaser

Pros:
Safe. Lightweight. Sturdy. Easy Storage.
Best Uses:
Sports MedicineInjury.
Describe Yourself:
Athletic. Average Health.

I was really having problems with Shin Splints and these worked wonders! I do wish the fit was adjustable with velcro and a wrap style rather than slip-on. They are extremely difficult to get on. They would not work for an elderly person because they wouldn't be able to get them on with any arthritis in hands or feet.
