The only negative is that it was so very hard to find. I had an old one...and I mean old! that was misshapen and of little support. I went to all drug stores, looked everywhere I went, had a medical supply drug store search for me and finally just spent time on the good old internet going site to site. If you would put these simple wrist supports in the drug store, you'd sell more.
