Originally, I had to extend my little finger through the side (too tight) but it has become more comfortable. Can't imagine how a large hand and arm would fare. It came quickly which was a big plus.

I use these wrist supports at night for sleeping. They give a lot of support and I think they help my carpal tunnel syndrome. But I still have a lot of tingling and numbness so they are not the final answer.
