Stax-Type Splints protect fingertip and finger nail bed injuries, as well as Mallet Finger. Durable clear plastic. Strap or tape in place. Open tip permits examination of fingertip and nail bed.
Measure by laying hand flat on table and measuring height and width of finger at the widest part, length is from first knuckle (closest to hand) to the finger tip.

The splint is very helpful for my mallet finger, but the shipping cost was very high. I was disappointed with that.

Good Concept, odd sizing
Pros:

Bought the 4 and the 5.5 hoping one would fit my husband's finger, the 4 was way too small, and the 5.5 was way too huge. The 5 I can only assume would be as well, since the diameter for the 5 and the 4 were the same, it was only the length that was different. That being said, had it fit, it would have been just the solution we were seeking.
