Sturdy.

Bulky.
I have drop foot and this device is awful, it cuts into your ankle when you walk. To hard and not adjustable enough from bottom of shoe to ankle. Have tried others that were much better.My disability is permanent from a back injury so I am always trying new products. This one did not do well. Would not recommend.
