Stretch X is a low profile night splint for patients with heel pain, especially the pain associated with first steps in the morning. Night splints have been clinically proven to be effective in healing plantar fasciitis. Patient compliance is improved with the Stretch X. Soft, comfortable and easy to use. Stretch X features a criss-crossed strap design that holds the foot in a neutral or slightly dorsiflexed position. Can be easily adjusted.

This is a light weight comfortable night splint. You wouldn't us it to walk around the house. It is a little bulky, so allow enough room under the blankets. Overall a good product for your foot issues.
