I use this product everyday. It is so comfortable I forget that it is in my shoe. I have high arches and problems with plantar fasciatis but not when using these superfeet in my flats. I have purchased a number of custom orthotics from podiatrist. These have worked just as well if not better. They also slip easily into a wide variety of shoes without causing shoe to feel tight.
