Pros:

Easy Storage. Lightweight.

I actually use around the rim and on the backside (not the part that goes against the skin) of karaya ring to make karaya last longer. While I now mostly use non-sting barrier, if I need appliance to stick better (because of weeping skin, etc.), I'll use the allcare wipe over the layer of non-sting barrier.
