I have used these pouches and the flanged skin barrier for over 4 years now and have had no problems with the pouch. The skin barrier that the pouch attaches to seems to have less adhesive recently. In the last few months I have had a separation problem.
The skin prep I ordered at the same time has also worked great. My oncologist is amazed that my stoma and area around it is in such great condition after this lenght of time.
