Used as ostomy pouch clamp brand for almost 10 years, I find it comfortable and fairly durable. 1 clamp typically good for a month, seal tends to stretch a little after that (although still very minimal leakage.) Quality is good, less than 1% where seal not up to par on first use. Contoured for comfort.
