The Eakin Cohesive Seal is a donut-shape ostomy accessory that can be molded to a variety of shapes. It acts as a gasket or barrier, and provides enhanced protection for hard-to-fit stomas. The unique moldable hydrocolloid barrier forms a gel that helps prevent skin damage by sealing the area between the skin and ostomy appliance. Helps prevent leakage around the stoma by acting as filler for uneven skin surfaces.

I use this as a gasket around the ileostomy stoma. I role a small piece of into a thin rope and put it entirely around the stoma and then apply the adhesive patch and ostomy bag. Works great. One circle will last for 5-7 bag changes. The thermoplastic nature makes it stick to your fingers and makes this difficult but not impossible to manage.
