Improves wearing time!

Pros:
Durable.
Cons:
Expensive. I reuse them.

It was difficult to figure out how to put it in the wafer at first-directions were not good- but once this mechanically challenged user figured it out, it is really easy. There needs to be more info on the website as to what size to buy. My stoma is 7/8" so I bought a 7/8" size- then when it came I read that I should have bought an insert 1/4" larger than my stoma. And that would have necessitated changing the flange size of the wafer and new pouches as well.......so I am just making do with the size I bought and it is working ok. Before I bought this insert, I was lucky to be able to wear a wafer for 2 days (at the most) before having to change it- now the wear time is up to 5 days. WELL worth the money!
