My four year old daughter has spina bifida. I desperately wanted to help her attain social continence before her self-esteem suffered (from being teased by her peers for wearing pull ups). We tried diet, exercise, regular toilet sitting, suppositories, and regular enemas, but she was still not clean through the day. After the very first use of this product, she was clean for almost two days! We use this product nightly, and she is now able to wear regular panties with a pad inside to catch any urinary leaks. I am thrilled with the results, and would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a non-surgical solution to bowel incontinence.

 Can I do this on my without instruction? I can't find a wound and ostomy nurse in my area. I think this will help me travel. I don't if this is the kind of questions you answer. I hope you can. Thank you.
