Works as well as liquid Tylenol and doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup. Sweetener taste is a little strong and needs to be washed down with water.

I was so excited to have a liquid acetaminophen to use after stomach surgery. Unfortunately, my own personal taste buds could not stomach the flavor and I had to return the unused bottles. I resorted to expensive meltaways until I could take the pills again. The Allegro customer service department. was terrific in getting me an RMA # and applying my credit quickly.
