I love the sleep I get after I discovered Nighttime Sleep Aid. I never know I have taken anything, (you know, feel drugged or get sleepy a few minutes after I have taken it) but I sleep from the minute my head hits the pillow. When I don't take it, I don't sleep more than 4 hours. I recommend it to anyone who mentions any sleep issues, and I have recommended it to more people than anything else I have ever taken for any reason.
