after extensive back surgury the Doctor recommended me to take one ducosate calcium a day. It keeps me one of the regular dudes.

The directions say 1 capsule per day. However, when my doctor started me on this, his instructions were to take 2 per day. This was also how it was administered to my husband when he had his heart attack followed by triple bypass surgery.
