Product Overview

Medseptic Skin Protectant Cream

Medseptic Skin Protectant Cream

Medseptic Skin Protectant Cream is a superior moisturizer and protectant made with natural lanolin. Lanolin has been recommended by the Foot and Ankle Institute for diabetic patients to help hold moisture in their skin, especially on the feet, ankles, elbows and hands. Lanolin is absorbed by skin since it contains the same lipids that are found in our skin. Contains 50% USP approved lanolin (purest lanolin), an ingredient recognized in the clinical industry for its natural replenishing properties. Especially formulated to treat adult diaper dermatitis, denuded skin and minor burns. Ideal for diabetic patients.

Best Uses:
Deep Moisturization. Bedtime.
Describe Yourself:

This is a great moisturizer, I put it on at night and wear gloves on my hands as it does not absorb quickly. It has helped heal some very hard to heal sores (due to bumps and bruises.)

Answer:
As a RN, I felt the same way about keeping the contents of the jar clean and free from any bacteria as well. In order to accomplish this goal, I bought a package of medical tongue depressors and used a new one each time to "scoop" the cream out of the container. Of course, a box of plastic, disposable spoons would accomplish the same thing too. I hope that helps. Good Luck. :-)
