I bought this on sale, and it works on my low back pain better than my best meds. The intensity controls aren't covered so it's possible to bump them up accidentally, but not a big issue. I am having trouble finding replacement pads for it. The original pads are good for 10-15 uses; if one gets damaged or distorted, it can cause a bit of a painful zap when the other pads are just fine. Hopefully the pads will be easier to find as more folks use this device.
