The sixteen or thirty-two ounce version of pain relieving Biofreeze gel comes with an easy to use pump for easier application to larger affected areas. I have daily back pain and use Biofreeze every morning. I usually buy the roll on version but it has become too costly. This time I purchased the pump because it is cheaper per oz. I do not like the pump as well. The product is the same but the roll on is easier to use for my application. I do not like to get it on my hands. It is hard to wash it off. The product works great and I will keep on buying it but just wish the roll on bottle was refillable.

After two knee replacements I have found Biofreeze the best product to use to ease the pain. I now use it for arthritic and muscle pain. Very cool and effective. Higly recommend this product.
