Excellent Wrap for Neck Pain

Pros:
Durable and practical. Easy Storage. Light and fashionable. Can be used as a scarf. Safe.
Cons:
Needs Variety of Colors. Stays cold for an hour. No major cons.
Best Uses:
Elderly. Continual Neck Pain. Emergency. Following Surgery.
Describe Yourself:
Caregiver. Medical Professional. Athletic.

I use this wrap all the time for my continual neck pain due to a bulging disc in my neck. It is durable, looks like a scarf - or a piece of clothing. Can wear it out with your clothing and no one would know you are icing your neck down. It should come in multicolors - like navy, black, white, gray - the basics for accessory wear. I found the gel packs to be very convenient for travel - light, durable, quick, compack and effective for swelling reduction in about any area of your body. I have also used it on swollen hands, ankles and knees. Easy to wash out and does not stain or look dirty with long use. I found the wrap very useful. I am about to buy three more.

Cons:
Length of wrap not useful. Bulky. Gel did't stay cold long. Flimsy.
Describe Yourself:
Elderly. Chronic pain.

I don't think you will use my rating of this product. Since the above spaces did not give room for any useful description. These are my comments: The wrap is too long and bulky for ankle/foot use; also the gel pack is too long. Because I have constant nerve pain in my foot, I need to have a cold pack applied most of the time and need something to stay cold up to 45 to 60 minutes or longer without having to change it. This gel pack does not stay cold enough, or when it is frozen, it's too cold for my needs. I have to use cloth bandages between it (even with a wrap) .I use the gel pack with other wrap/holders because the wrap just does not adhere to the contour of my ankle and foot. I'm sorry, because the picture and description looked like something that I could really use.
