I purchased one for myself and one for my husband (who suffers from hemorrhoids). We've both found this product to be very comfortable both in the office and in the car. Each of us work at a computer desk for 8+ hours a day and now we can't imagine how we ever managed without one of these cushions! The only con was that my husband mentioned that he wished it was a bit firmer at times.
