I have shoulder pain. Its hard to get an ice bag to stay on your shoulder when you move. This works great and stays cold just the right amount of time.

I need a product to be Heat for 10 min and then to be cold fo more 10 min and again. for upper/neck pain. May I have more info about that product how it work or if you can recommend me another product. Thank you
