Huge Design Flaws
Pros:
Sturdy.
Cons:
Cuff cuts into wrist.
Heavy.
No handle to move it.
Can't reach controls.
Base chair - no fit.

I would like designers to talk to the end user. The actual function of the machine is great, but trying to move it for proper alignment is way too hard; the control box needs some tweaking. Mostly it's mechanical - the wheels will not move on carpet, there is no handle to grab to move it once strapped in, the hand/wrist cuff bites into my arm; no way to get at controls once strapped in, the wheel base is exactly the width of my chair legs, so moving it close where it is supposed to be becomes impossible.. I am pretty strong -- I cannot imagine someone of normal strength or elderly being able to use this machine. If designers would talk to end users, it would be very helpful.
