I bought this holder for my Mom, she just got a gastro tube surgery .She got lung cancer and cause the radiation her esophagus got really skinny and she is being fed just through the tube now. The G-holder was great cause she can walk better, and do things without worrying about the long tube.She is safe now!!!

My husband had a feeding tube and to hold the tube up we were using tape which wouldn't stick not to mention the skin irritation the tape caused. This was just an awesome thing to have for him.

I purchased this for my husband, who has a G-tube for decompression. Most of the time his tube is clamped. This leaves the tube just hanging. This product has given us a safe place to store the G-tube so it is not subject to movement, etc. The belt is comfortable for my husband to wear.

I bought both this G-tube holder and the Nel-med G-tube holder to hold and conceal my G-J tube under my clothing....this holder is much more comfortable and less scratchy than the Nel-med G-tube holder...it was a lot less abrasive on my skin. This elastic band that goes around the waist is extremely long, allowing for individual sizing....the elastic band is fairly wide as well and comfortable, ensuring it doesnt "ride up" while you are wearing it. The only downfall to this product is that it did not hold up at all to machine washing...my mom accidentally washed it in her wash machine, and it literally shredded the pocket to pieces. However, I loved this G-tube holder so much, I ordered another one...I will make sure that this one only gets hand washed next time!!! Hands down, this G-tube holder is much softer and more comfortable than the Nel-med G-tube holder in my opinion....I would've given it 5 stars if it had stood up to the washing machine test!

My husband has his third feeding tube and has ALS.
We found this product needs a slit in the back side to completely encase the feeding tube. (We did slit it and it worked much better). His problem with the second feeding tube was that it pulled out of his stomach and the food wasn't going into his stomach, causing an abscess. We want the tube completely protected from now on. This is a wonderful idea, just needs this addition to it.

 Hi, I have a Bard Tube and it hurts and irritates my skin so badly, that I am constantly taking pain killers for it. Was wondering if this G-Tube Holder would be good for the Bard Brand if any one knows. It is the 20cc Inflation. Tri-Funnel Replacement Tube 20F. I would be so happy if it helped.
