Unlike other irrigation devices, the Ear Wash System eliminates messy outflow by automatically dislodging, removing, and disposing of cerumen. And with all its built-in safety features, the Ear Wash System is ideal for use on patients of any age.

Multi-functional disposable tip. Device can be moved easily from location to location via a storage tray. One-year warranty.

How Does it Work?

  • The Welch Allyn Ear Wash System works with your exam room faucet - no electricity or batteries required. Water enters the pressure chamber from the faucet. Water pressure is controlled while temperature is monitored.
  • A stream of water is directed through the irrigation line to the handle. When the handle is pressed, warm irrigating water streams through the eartip and into the ear.
  • The steady stream of warm water dislodges cerumen. Suction draws the water and cerumen out of the ear.
  • On completion, remove eartip from handle and discard.
