My chiropractor recommended I use it for 20 minutes daily to help alleviate my persistent headaches; I just started using it so it's too soon to comment there. He cautioned me to use 8 lbs of water. At first I had difficulty trying to decide between other more expensive models. Besides the huge price discount you know exactly how much weight is being applied to your neck which is not the case with other models. The plastic water bag is heavy duty so no worries there. I added a small metal hook to make it easy to attach and remove the water bag. Other than that you're good to go. [...] I highly recommend them, they are a first rate company. I wish more companies operated that way.

The chin strap is a little difficult to use at first because it appears to be sewn backwards on one strap. Once it's used it conforms a little more and is usable.

I bought this product because I have a pinched nerve in my neck and was having numbness and tingling in my hands and fingers. The device gently stretches and separates the vertebrae so that the nerve can return to it's intended position. It also seems to help with normal neck tension.
