My chiropractor recommended I use it for 20 minutes daily to help alleviate my persistent headaches; I just started using it so it's too soon to comment there. He cautioned me to use 8 lbs of water. At first I had difficulty trying to decide between other more expensive models. Besides the huge price discount you know exactly how much weight is being applied to your neck which is not the case with other models. The plastic water bag is heavy duty so no worries there. I added a small metal hook to make it easy to attach and remove the water bag. Other than that you're good to go. [...] I highly recommend them, they are a first rate company. I wish more companies operated that way.

well constructed, Metal. Some assembly needed "attach pulley arm to door hanger and lace the cord through pulleys and bag" Took less then 5 minutes. Then put a twist of my own to it. I traded the water bag for a "C clip Made it easier to hook or unhook the bag" added a gym bag, Then added my own weights. I also doubled laced the cord through the pulleys Be sure to study up on tying a secured knot.
