"No-Lift" Booster Super Sling


The "No-Lift" Booster Super Sling eases back strain by making the resident easier to move toward the headboard. The BOOSTER is a flat tube of fabric with a slippery interior surface. Simply position the resident on top of the tube just as you would with a draw sheet. Now grab the reinforced edges of the top tube layer and slide it upwards. No lifting reduces the risk of back strain! The resident's skin integrity is never compromised since the BOOSTER eliminates draw sheet and shear. Remove it from underneath the resident after each use.

I saw a similar item used in the hospital to transfer my dad...this item is a tube that enables the 2 slick surfaces to slide on each other so you do not have to lift the person to slide them in the bed. DO NOT PUT IT ON THE FLOOR!!! You will harm yourself.

This is a wonderful product! We use it to move my mother over and up in bed, it takes much of the strain off us, and her. Before we got the No Lift Booster it took three of us to get her positioned in bed, and it was very painful to her back. Now it is an ease for two people to move her with no pain. The health care professionals that come to her house have tried it, and are very enthused with it.In fact they ask permission to recommed it to other patients.
