The Acu-Life 360 Degree Wrist Therapy Brace is used for carpal tunnel, wrist sprains, arthritis and tendonitis. Targeted, easy to apply hot and cold therapy; cool to reduce swelling and relieve pain, warm to relieve pain and increase mobility.
The brace helps to protect the wrist while it heals and immobilizes it to prevent damage from twisting or bending. Fits left or right hand and includes a removable splint. One size fits most.

I was excited when I saw this product, so I ordered it. I was sooo disappointed when I tried to use it after 8hrs in the freezer!! It only stayed cold for 10 mins!!! There isn't enough gel in it to allow it to stay cold or even cool for 20 mins. Plus, the thumb whole is very small! Don't buy it!!
