not what i expected
thought that it would have more of a cooling potential & help cool me down....not really!!

BOTTOM LINE No, I wouldn't recommend this to a friend
it was a disappointment
It feels like a wet diaper around your neck. It is difficult to get the "activated area" wet with out getting the area that you tie wet.
