For most people this product is too hard on the foot. There needs to be a version with smaller cobblestones that you could use to get used to this one. But over all I love it!!

I put it in front of the TV and walk while I watch the news or while listening to news on NPR. If you leave it out on the floor someplace you are more likely to use it regularly. I walk backwards and frontwards and sideways on it, and stand on one foot to try to hold balance. QUESTION: Does wearing socks dilute the benefit of the mat walk?
