When I first started using nasal CPAP I tried several pillows and this was a last resort...and it worked.They could have made a pillow case for it and sold the two together, but I am willing to buy another. I'll make my own case. It gives me good back support...I am an "almost" side sleeper...and I found the firmness of the pillow very comfortable.

I like how the pillow stays in place even while sleeping, however the back doesn't have enough support or filling in it. They also say it comes with a cover, however it is just the cover over the filling which does have a zipper to come off, but that is a bit deceiving. I don't feel like it can quite support my stomach yet, but I am 5 months along so maybe it will reach it when I'm bigger. It's better than using 3 pillows though.

I was very disappointed to find that the pillow did not come with a pillow case or cover. Finding one for it will be impossible. I have wrapped it in a flat sheet but the pillow simply isn't substantial enough to make any difference in my comfort.

I am now 9 months pregnant and I am somewhat disappointed with the quality of this pillow. I have used it for 5 months, it is ripping on both ends, the stuffing moves around a lot, and has become lumpy. The seams are not even surged, hence the ripping. I still like the design and shape, but I will buy a more expensive brand next time to see if I get better quality.
