Soft Comfort CorPak Hot/Cold
The Soft Comfort CorPaks Hot/Cold have a “frost-free” surface that protects your skin while still allowing therapeutic temperatures to penetrate. Core's Traditional Hot & Cold Comfort Packs, are made from non-toxic biodegradable gel inside soft, "frost-free" covers. Just pop in the microwave or keep handy in the freezer, where they will stay soft and pliable.

Chronic Pain Sufferer.
As someone in Chronic pain, I am always looking for natural ways to reduce discomfort. After some cervical surgery I was putting all sorts of ice packs on my neck but nothing was staying. This product is perfect. It can be frozen or heated. But be careful of the initial temperature, and put a towel under it until it either cools or warms. But very effective and comforting. Great fabric cover!
