I use this on my desk chair at work. It provides the lower back support that my chair lacks. My only complaint, aside from the price, is that the strap that goes around the back of the chair is not quite long enough and slips out of the buckle. This would be solved with a longer strap that had Velcro to fasten the end after it came through the buckle.

I bought one of these while I was pregnant and loved it. After 1 year of use, I gave it to a family member who'd had back surgery and she used it 6 more years. This purchase was a replacement for her. Flips easily to change the height of the support and is easy to transfer between the car and office. Very reasonably priced.
