Pros:
Attractive Design. Comfortable. Solid Construction.
To make this stable you have to hook it to the back of a chair (strap provided), but that means you have to unhook it when you move it around. It fits me fine, but if i were any bigger, it would be too narrow, and that is the main reason I gave it only 3 stars. I'm a 10-12 dress size, and it barely fits my back - would not work for a man or for anyone bigger than me I don't think.

I bought one of these while I was pregnant and loved it. After 1 year of use, I gave it to a family member who'd had back surgery and she used it 6 more years. This purchase was a replacement for her. Flips easily to change the height of the support and is easy to transfer between the car and office. Very reasonably priced.

I strained my back and found sitting very uncomfortable. I ordered one for the couch and one for my work chair. Good for support and alignment. Able to adjust height with retaining straps on work chair. Positioning most stable when strapped to work chair. Minor shifting on couch when first getting into position but still a good positioning and alignment aid.
