Since it is recommended to manually shut off device, you have to keep a close eye on the time because it automatically shuts off after 15 minutes. Don't start it up again. Overheating is a possibility.

Instructions say to run no longer than 15 minutes at a time. That's time enough for neck and shoulders, but I'm Post Polio and this fits over thighs, arms, etc., delivering the same great "shake and bake" to those aching muscles. I haven't pushed it much, not wanting to burn out the motor or set it on fire or whatever the problem is with running it longer than that quarter hour. Does a great job for that time.

Question: Anyone that has used this product please explain to me how this massages your shoulders...it doesn't seem as if it is made to massage the shoulders very well...it seems like it would be more tailored for your neck. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
