I purchased this for my husband, who has lower extremity edema due to his medical condition. After the first night of use, he noticed his feet & ankles were not nearly as swollen as before. He was so excited to see the the veins in his feet. It also helped tremendously with his lower back pain. The overall measurements are perfect for him. Its very comfortable and the removable cover is a plus. Other wedges used, were not as comfortable and were bulky, but this one is great.
