It is defective. Made incorrectly The 3. Cut out for the tailbone. Inch side does not have.
Best Uses:

Defective because it is made backwards. It is made so the narrow edge has the cutout for the tailbone and so all the pressure is on the tailbone. It makes the codition worse not better. I am returning this.
