[...]the break-in time is getting long! I bought an extra for my mother, but don't think she could deal with the hardness of the foam. My fanny and lower back are very sore when I get up after sitting on the wedge. I have a smaller "as seen on tv" wedge for the car and yes, had to adjust to it as well, so I'm hopeful.
