After hand surgery to repair two severed tendons, while healing I am forming a great deal of scar tissue that is hindering full movement of my finger again. These little tools that I leave at home and at my office (there are two in the pack, one large and one smaller), combined with a great deal of physical therapy is slowly but surely helping me break up that scar tissue in my palm and get the movement back in my finger. Although I've deemed it my "self-torture device" it seems to be helping a great deal!
