Seal-Tight Protector (Mid-arm Protector™) is an safe, economical and effective covering for dressings with PICC lines and elbow surgeries, allowing patient the freedom to use their hand. Easy application eliminates the need for pumps, velcro straps and adhesive tapes that may irritate skin. Made of TPE, high performance thermoplastic elastomer that stretches easily, folds compactly and maintains waterproof seal. Reusable. With normal care lasts three to four weeks. May be affected by chemicals and heat.

I wish the sizing would have been explained better online. I couldn't find an explanation of S, M, and L. I got M because my arms are not skinny but I probably could have used a S. Also, the first time I used it, I didn't pull it up far enough so a bit of water got in. I also found subsequently that condensation would get on the inside if it wasn't tight enough.
I like how this lets you have both hands free for your shower, unlike the other shower sleeve I had. And once you get the hang of it, you don't have to worry about it malfunctioning.

Too large
Pros:
Easy Storage.
Pick the smallest size. I measured my arm at 12 inches and ordered the medium. It filled with water on the first use. I would recommend buying the smallest size then work up. Medium was supposed to cover an arm 10-15 inches. It let water in during my shower. I'm getting a port done Monday so this won't be an issue anymore.

I got this to keep my PICC line insertion area dry during my shower (the PICC is located in my upper arm, not my forearm). I was skeptical, but it really worked. I've been using it for almost 3 weeks now and the covered area stays dry the entire time. It's a little difficult to use the first couple of times, but you get used to it. And I was able to pull it up my arm on my own after a couple of tries with my sister's help. I ordered a size small and it was very tight on my arm, but it loosened up just enough after the second use. The instructions also said to submerge it in water so the air is released, but I was never able to do that. I just showered with it puffed out; it wasn't too bad. This is MUCH BETTER than cutting sandwich bags everyday and taping it to my arm (which never kept the water out).

 I am having surgery on my hand. Do you have a product to keep the hand dry? I saw the one for the arm and knee but not one for the hand. Thank you
